Christenson Retires, 31 Years with KUBob Christensen, graphic artist and photographer, made it official on July 2, 2009 and retired after 31 years of service with the Life Span Institute at Parsons. Colleagues, friends and family shared a potluck lunch and a celebratory cake and punch. Gracious as always, Bob accepted his retirement presents and his KU cake and amid a chorus of well wishes headed south. Bob plans to spend his summer enjoying his grandchildren as he and his wife settle into their new home community of Fate, Texas.
